Our experience shows us that getting some one to love their training is the catalyst of changes in all other areas of life. Here’s why.
Exercise is therapy. It is cathartic, an anti depressant, dopamine inducing, increases libido, improves self esteem and builds community. It is proven to be one of the most important treatments of depression and anxiety,
paramount for injury prevention and anti ageing. It is the holy grail of the foundations of a strong human body. It’s been my experience personally and with the many people that I have trained, that if I can get that individual hooked on training, they are more likely to pursue overall greater well being.
Here’s why…
When you care about how you perform in your sessions, you stop drinking at night because you want to be fresh for your training. You strive to get those 7-8 hours of sleep and recovery, you start to focus more on food quality so you are fuelled to perform and grow muscle. You start to understand that having nutrition, recovery and training all work together is magic for your aesthetic. If you remove training, the stakes aren’t as high and the immediate feedback loop disappears.
There’s something very powerful as a woman to know that you are physically strong and fit. This empowerment overflows into all aspects of life. The discipline you learn from training and lifting weights, is the same discipline principles that it takes to be successful at anything you do.
Loving your training and feeling the progress is THE MOST POWERFUL component of your journey. It is a huge focus here at LWS.
