This program is exactly how I train. The focus is on developing lower body shape and strength, especially through the glutes.
Going for that sexy feminine shape with a tight waist and athletic overall shape. You can expect to be doing squats, hip thrusts, RDL's and pull ups. All whilst increasing strength and improving proportions.

This 8 WEEK strength program is designed to have you MAXING out on your squat, deadlift, pull ups and presses. This ADVANCED program is for the girls out there who love to train hard and want to see how far they can push their strength.

COMPLETE APP ACCESS. Get ready to be the strongest you have ever been.
This program is all about improving technique, mobility, muscle mass and strength. Perfect for people returning from injury or wanting to be better at squatting, deadlifting and pull ups.
Intermediate/advance lifter with barbell experience.
3-5 days of weights and cardio sessions. Full gym access needed. 12 WEEK PROGRAM.
Weekly check in and option of set calories or customised meal plan.
GLUTE FOCUSED is really all about getting shape, muscle and serious growth through your glutes.
You will be hinging and thrusting most days as well as all the movements that are PROVEN to elicit the best results for growth.
Movements you will get better at include:
-Hip thrust
-Back Squats
-Romanian deadlifts
-Bulgarian Split Squats
and upper body stuff too like pull ups and shoulder press.
This program is definitely bottom heavy with some serious frequency. Pair that with training intensity and you will have yourself some serious progress with your glutes over the 8 weeks.

This is a 3-5 day training program designed for women who want to be their most athletic selves. Training for body building and powerlifting has had it's day for me, life is now about looking and performing as best I can, whilst thoroughly enjoying my training in as quick of time as possible. This program will have you training upper and lower in the same session as well as 1 conditioning session should you choose to include it (I recommend you do sis) You can still expect some muscle growth and improvements in strength and technique. Along with less niggles, higher training drive and all round session satisfaction. 4 week program, once off payment of $119. Program lasts 4 weeks. No refunds. Complete app access with weekly check in. Happy to make small equipment changes should you need. Advanced lifters who have minimum 3-4 years gym experience. This is not for the faint hearted but for the ladies who are ready to SEND IT!!!

This is for all the BUSY GIRLS out there. HUSTLE was created for the girls that love to train and lift but don't have huge amounts of time to do so. These DB and BAND only work outs can be used for GYM or HOME in just 30-40 mins.
Trialled, tested and enjoyed, you can still expect to see results with these sessions. 3-5 sessions all weight training and conditioning sessions.
