This program is exactly how I train. The focus is on developing lower body shape and strength, especially through the glutes.
Going for that sexy feminine shape with a tight waist and athletic overall shape. You can expect to be doing squats, hip thrusts, RDL's and pull ups. All whilst increasing strength and improving proportions.

This 8 WEEK strength program is designed to have you MAXING out on your squat, deadlift, pull ups and presses. This ADVANCED program is for the girls out there who love to train hard and want to see how far they can push their strength.

I recommend running a pure strength program 2 times per year.
This program is all about improving technique, mobility, muscle mass and strength. Perfect for people returning from injury or wanting to be better at squatting, deadlifting and pull ups.
Intermediate/advance lifter with barbell experience.
3-5 days of weights and cardio sessions. Full gym access needed. 12 WEEK PROGRAM.

This is about locking in and going back to basics, but don’t mistake that for easy. Expect huge improvements on technique.
GLUTE FOCUSED is really all about getting shape, muscle and serious growth through your glutes.
You will be hinging and thrusting most days as well as all the movements that are PROVEN to elicit the best results for growth.
Movements you will get better at include:
-Hip thrust
-Back Squats
-Romanian deadlifts
-Bulgarian Split Squats
and upper body stuff too like pull ups and shoulder press.
This program is definitely bottom heavy with some serious frequency. Pair that with training intensity and you will have yourself some serious progress with your glutes over the 8 weeks.
